Absolutely United for a Purpose

Creativity is relative and speaks to different people in a variety of ways, that is the beauty of it after all. It seems that people were extremely interested in engaging and influencing the #WorkingTogether initiative in their own ways, and that is something encouraging. Multiple unique, diverse and colorful proposals presented themselves, making it a challenge to choose only one final Slogan. There was a feeling that one unique expression represents the diversity and inclusion #WorkingTogether stands for the best way possible. What unites ABSL, partners and all participants within this project is the shared goal and mission of ensuring that differences aren’t only accepted in the workplace in Poland, but are a reason for celebration and pride as well. In addition to that, a unified vision of a world where neither gender, sexual orientation, race, nationality nor culture become reasons to discriminate against individuals in the workplace is a vision we all share. Therefore, the official tagline slogan for this year’s edition #WorkingTogether comes from Smith & Nephew. #ABSoLutelyUnited
